A B2C platform that works with users to help buy and sell properties.

Overview
EzCaza is a B2C platform that works with both buyers and sellers active in the real estate market. In addition to contributing to the design with the Property Info and Team Members pages, I updated their brand guide and polished existing pages.

Insight
Real Estate agents are key liaisons when it comes to buying and selling in the housing market. They are also considered to be one of the least trusted professionals. There is a fundamental lack of transparency that plagues the housing buying process. EzCaza looks to bridge that information gap and make real estate easy and comprehensible for all parties involved.
Solution
EzCaza modernizes Real Estate by making it possible to buy or sell something as unique as a house online. With their transaction tool, users on Ezcaza are able to add a house listing, show team members associated with a specific transaction, add important dates, and upload important documents.

Research
Before designing the screens that I was assigned to, I familiarized myself with other real estate platforms. Utilizing research from other platforms and the established framework for existing site helped in the design of the Property Info and Team Members pages from given user stories.

EzCaza's branding strives for reliability, trustworthiness, and comfort. The contrasts of blues, whites, and greys are intended for relay those ideas to users who want to know that they are being provided a reliable service.
UI Kit
Using my brand guide and wireframes, I designed a UI kit that takes into account different UI states for each component.

Important Dates/Upload Documents
These screens let the user critical deadlines in the buying and selling processes of the transaction phase and what documents are necessary to progress further.
Property Info Page
The Property Info page serves as the way for the user to select the properties of the house they are trying to sell or buy. My responsibility was to format the page in a way for the user to understand visually what the property was. I also needed to determine the necessary selections, the proper hierarchy, and spacing for the page to feel seemless and intuitive for the user.
Team Members Page
The Team Members page is intended for the user to select personnel for specific roles in the home buying and selling process. I designed a table where every intersection of row and column is selectable, editable, and updatable through a pop-up window.
